Rihanna in Blackface?

In her new video for the single "Rockstar 101," the pop star dons blackface and is covered in chains. The song is fierce and the video could have been as well. Just because the singer identifies as black does not mean it is okay to throw on blackface. Who made that decision? For that reason, the video is sub par and doesn't live up to the expectations that most had for this video.
