Artistic Expression or Lewd Exposure?

Erykah Badu's new music video for "Window Seat" is stirring all sorts of controversy. In the video above, she strips naked. She has even been charged with disorderly conduct for the acts demonstrated in the video. Is this fair? Doesn't she, as an artist, have rights to express herself by any means as long as she doesn't encroach upon the rights of others? Or should her actions be classified as lewd and punishable by law?
